I’ll need it. I am trying to cook this MASSIVE pork roast for tonight. We really don’t have a pan big enough for it to fit well–except for the huge roaster which doesn’t fit in the oven. It was too heavy and too tight in the pan to pick up and turn over with out excessive wrestling. The fella Cannot Buy any more pork butt roasts that big ever again. You can’t even cut them in half because of the bone. Ugh.
